You are here: Home > Find Support

We were designed for teamwork. There are people all around you who want to help.  All you need to do is ask!

All across history and in every country, solitary confinement has been considered one of the harshest punishments. There is a reason for this. We were meant to be in fellowship with each other. We were built and designed to be in relationships with other people.

When we have the courage to seek out supportive networks of others who struggle with similar challenges, we can find strength.

It may feel like you are all alone, but you are not the first person to walk this path of hardship. So why not learn from those who have gone before you, instead of trying to carry the burden entirely on your own shoulders?

Otto von Bismarck, Chancellor of Germany from 1862 1890, wrote "A fool learns from his mistakes, but a truly wise man learns from the mistakes of others" Please - be of good courage. Reach out to others for support. It will bring you strength!

We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed. - 2 Corinthians 4:8-9
